I am making IndyDebi's buttercream and I was wondering if you can use water instead of milk. I can't use milk due to allergies. Also, if you use milk, do you have to refridgerate the cake?
Thanks!

I made Indydebs recipe for a wedding last weekend and used water (discovered that I didn't have milk in the house). It turned out beautifully and was a dream to work with.
