I just had to post b/c I'm so excited! My paperwork is still processing but the restaurant whose kitchen I'm using is allowing me to work under the umbrella of their licensing/insurance while I'm finishing it up.

Thanks! I'm sure excited! Since it was very last minute...I was planning on 'opening' anywhere from two weeks to a month from now but the owner of the restaurant wanted things in his (now my) display ASAP. So, since he has been way more than generous, I obliged even though the extent of my advertising that I could throw together at such last minute was a face book update and a half complete website. So, I started out with 28 jumbo cupcakes (14 chocolate and 14 vanilla). I've sold 7 as of over an hour ago (1pm EST) so all things considered, I'm not disappointed. I'll put up a pic of my display soon.
