Does it need to be refridgerated? I have an order for chocolate mousse filling and the cake is covered w/ MMF and has MMF accents. Does this need to be refridgerated or can it stay out for a couple of hours? Thanks for any replies.

A cake with a chocolate mousse filling should be refridgerated up until delivery and then should only set out for a few hours tops. I haven''t refrigerated a cake that had mmf, but I have refrigerated a cake that was covered in Satin Ice with no problem. It may sweat a bit as it is coming to room temperature so try not to touch it or it will leave marks. Hope that helps.
