So I just got an order for a 50th wedding anniversary. They want a round stacked wedding cake look. They want to feed 100. What size tiers should I use?

Oh wait, now she just emailed me back and said they are thinking square tiers. Still what is your guess for sizes of tiers?

Wilton chart. Absolutely. You will have PLENTY of cake.
