I am doing a cake that has to be carried for ten hours. I usually make marshmellow fondant for cakes because it tastes so much better, but i dont think it will travel well. Am i right? Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can use? I need help with this one!!!!!! icon_wink.gif

my fondant (bought) cakes travel well, as long as there is no movement at all in the board/ cake, cause then it starts cracking and stuff.
