My local Super Target has discontinued softasilk cake flour icon_cry.gificon_cry.gifI love that flour. I used to buy it at Super Walmart but They stopped carrying it too. So now, I'll have to experiment with my White Lily AP flour. It's a softer AP flour. There's nothing better for scratch baking than softasilk. I hate SwansDown. I can still find it at Dominicks but the cost is 3.59 a box. Which is too expensive. Target sold it for 1.89 a box.

Our Walmart took their softasilk out as well and replaced it with SwansDown too. Personally, I don't like cake flour - when I use it my cakes always turn out super dry. I can't stand it.

Have you checked out their website? There's a product locator. Perhaps, another store in your area may carry it at a comparable price.

I wish they sold it in bigger boxes too.
