I'd say it's a glitch and since Jackie and Heath are probably on their Honeymoon I wouldn't count on it getting fixed right away. I think we can deal with it for a little while until they get back.

If everyone complaining would go back and edit their own postings, there wouldn't be so much cleanup later.
You just go in while you can still delete them and do so.
If you can no longer delete, but can still edit, do so.
Type the new words, hit 'reply', and in about 5 seconds hit your 'stop' button.
Refresh the thread, and it should be changed.
In any case, that is working for me, even when making new posts.
