Well I know how to make the cake but how do I attach the spout and handle? Won't it slide down or somehow try to fall? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. icon_smile.gif

What I've done that works well for me is to insert a skewer in the spout and about half a toothpick in the ends of the handle before they dry. I've used 100% gumpaste, 50/50 fondant & gumpaste and fondant with tylose added to make the spouts and handles and have used this method with all of them.

I then use a little tylose glue on the teapot base and stick the pieces in. Be sure to make extra handles - I've broken a few before!

Well I would use a Wondermold pan, upside down for the teapot. For the handle I just stick a skewer or large cocktail toothpick into the fondant handle, let dry and attach. Same with the handle but one pick in each end.
