I have to say thanks to all of you who suggested a correction on my timeline. I spent all day today baking baking baking baking and baking

I did 16" Choc, 12" Lemon, 9" WASC and 6" Lemon all now nicely wrapped in the freezer.

I feel a lot more relaxed about the coming week and the wedding on friday now. Thursday night sure is gonna be busy but at least now I have a few nights to relax.

Am off to make another batch of gumpaste as I'm a little worried some of my sunflower petals are going to fall off. Best to have extra if they break right.
