UGH help i am making floral sprays for a cake and i am having a heck of a time. Does anyone have directions for making one or a utube? It starts with a full rose and ends with a few buds. Attached is the cake that the sprays are one. thanks for any help

I watched this one the other day




What it doesn't tell you is that you have to make some extras because the darn things like to break when you tape them together icon_biggrin.gif I found that out when I was working on it. It helps to be working over a soft surface...I bought one of those garden kneepads to assemble gumpaste flowers on, because if you accidentally bang one on the counter while you're trying to tape them together, it will break.

Im not sure when its due but I know Jennifer Dontz is doing a dvd on how to arrange and make floral sprays. Her website is www.jenniferdontz.com . Maybe ask her if its available yet?
