Hi everyone! I was wondering what the best way would be to secure chocolate seashells to the side of a fondant cake? Would it be best to just use melted white chocolate for this, or is there a different medium that would work better? I have to travel 30 miles with the cake, so I need them to be nice and secure on there for the drive. Thanks so much!

That's exactly how I would do it (and have). They should hold just fine.
