Has anyone used her recipe? Are you using 1 pan of a 8" or am I to use 2 pans of 8". I know it said it makes one 8' or 9" 2 inch pan. Call me a little slow but can someone help me? I need it for a wedding.

It makes 1 8" or 9" 2 layer cake, so it uses 2 pans (either 8" or 9") I've made this recipe and thought it was very good. (So did my boss who ADORES red velvet!). I iced it with a standard cream cheese frosting - no other decorations.
I definitely saved it in my recipe file!
