Does anyone know if Merissa's Raspberry filling recipe needs refrigerated? I'm making several 'spaghetti and meatball' cupcakes using the raspberry filling as my spaghetti sauce. I've used this recipe in the past as filling for cakes and I've always refrigerated it. I need to make 48 cupcake for a Fire Company fundraiser and I don't know if we will have enough space in the fridge.
