Hi Everybody! I have seen several versions of this cake posted but haven't been able to find anyone's instructions on how to make it. I just got an order for this cake and I'm trying to figure out the best way to make the characters. Do I use the mini bear pan and cut out part of the stomach so it fits onto the corner of the square cake? I saw one comment about using the mini ball pan for the head and shoulders but wasn't quite sure how that worked. Can anyone explain this to me or point me in the direction of some instructions? The cake is due June 14, 2009.

I've been on this site for a few years now and am truly in awe of not only the talent but also the willingness to share information and help each other out!

Thanks so much!

im not sure about this cake but i have made an elmo before, i made mine out of modeling/gum paste. I use foil balls and coverd them with gum paste. I used a thick skewer to hold him all together.
Maybe you could do the same and just cut the corners out of the cake...
