Does a WASC cake with the raspberry jam/jello filling need to be refrigerated? Thanks!

Not if the cake is going to be consumed within a few days.

For long term storage of any unused product, refrigeration is recommended.

FYI, here's the link to the directions for the jam & jello filling recipe:

Thanks JanH! The cake will be consumed tomorrow if all goes as planned. I am taking it to my last wilton course 1 class tonight to decorate. Then tomorrow morning I am sending it with hubby to his office for his coworkers to enjoy. Thanks again!

You're most welcome; and your cake should be fine. icon_smile.gif

And I'm sure your hubby's coworkers are loving your practice cakes. birthday.gifthumbs_up.gif
