How Long Can This Cake Stay Out?

Someone asked me and I didn't know.....I make mousse filling with heavy cream.....now if the cake is fondant covered, can it sit out in a cool room overnight and be safe, or does it have to be refrigerated?

That filling is perishable. It would need to be refrigerated.

Thanks, RylanTy. That's my 6 year old son on Christmas morning. The only thing he asked Santa for was a magnifying glass. Aaahhh, the simple things... icon_smile.gif
