Ihave leftover BC from 11 days ago. Can it still be used? It was made with 100% Crisco and no butter. Half of the time it was in the cupboard and the other half in the fridge.

It should still be good. Just mix it up and taste a little to check it. I keep it in the freezer for quite a while and it keeps great.

I keep mine for a long time in the fridge. I'll use fresh BC to frost the cake, and use the leftovers for any decorations.

Just do a quick search in the recipe section, there are too many good ones on here to name! icon_smile.gif I use indydebi's crisco based buttercream and ohmygoodies zero trans fat (it's 50/50 crisco&buttercream, and it just yummy).
