Use mini marshmallows! I've seen lots of bubble bath pix with mini marshmallows as the bubbles -- CUTE!! icon_biggrin.gif

i made one of those cakes for my daughter-in-laws baby shower. i used buttercream piped with a round tip. bigger opening for big bubbles and smaller opening for smaller bubbles. it came out great.................

You roll a bunch of diffrent size fondant balls then place them in a plastic bag with shimmering dust. Shake and there you have them nice and shiny bubbles. You do the same for pearls...
