Does anyone know the difference between cherry and whole cherry sleeve filling? I need to order some for a black forest cake for a large event, and not sure which would be the best option. I don't want the cherries so large that they inhibit cutting.

The plain cherry is like a puree, and the whole cherry is like cherry pie filling. You can cut through them easily and they look nice on cakes (the whole cherry). BTW, they they taste is very yummy! HTH..
