My Mother, who is always pointing out things I overlook, kindly asked if I had thought about policies regarding how far in advance some should place their order and a cancellation policy, of course as usual I hadn't!
Now that I am thinking about it I have no clue! I was just wondering if you all could give me some ideas on your policies? Oh and do you ask for an advanced deposit?

25% down, non-refundable for any reason. And I seriously mean any reason. Balance due 3 weeks prior.

If they want to book way far in advance, OK by me.
