I just wanted to let everyone know how much I LOVE this source of cake decorating info and pictures. Three co-workers and myself, just completed a 2 day regional cake decorating competition/certification. Each of us needed ideas for 6 custom designs, 3 floral sprays, 1 wedding cake, 1 fondant cake and a sculpted cake. And with cakecentral.com's help 3 of us placed 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
