"Never use oil"? I never heard of that, do you only use eggs and water, do you have to adjust the amount of eggs or water to make more liquid? Are the cakes still moist of do you do it this way because a more dense cake is easier to decorate? Very intrigued, I would love to skip the oil, if it is all the same...
