My cousin is having a sweet 16 party and her theme is NYC: TIMES SQUARE and I need to come up with a cake for her to serve 100 people. Any ideas?? I am stuck...

Times Square by itself is kind of tough. There are too many things you DON'T want to capture on cake! How about decorating the cake with NYC-inspired decorated cookies (or melted chocolate transfers): taxi cab, Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, a"Big Apple", an I Love (heart) NY T-shirt, street signs, a theatre marquis with a messge to your cousin, NYC skyline, etc? Take a look at the cookies on Eleni's Cookies website. I don't know how to link it.
