I could swear there used to be an article on how to do this in the article section, but it's not there! Essentially the shoulders down are cake and the neck/head is one of those styrofoam heads that hold wigs that you get from the beauty supply store.

If you don't have a dummy head you can also do rice krispie treats as well I made one not that long ago and used rice krispies on mine.
