Okay I made my earlir and waited for it to cool and now that I just sliced it to fill it , see the middle (hope you can see) looks like if the bread is gummy. I baked it at 320 degrees for about an hour in a half . made sure it was done, inserted a skewer and everything , now my question.
Should I toss it and make another? Its for a customer due tomorrow? Or can it be saved?
