where can I find industry publication that have good business information, such as supplier, demographic and industry trends data?

Modern Baking is a good bakery magazine. It focuses mostly on traditional bakeries (cakes, cookies, doughnuts, cannolis, muffins, brownies, breads, pastries ... the whole gammet) but good info on trends, what's up, what's down, pricing, products, equipment, etc.

You can access it online but I like getting the actual magazine. Oh ... and it's free.

Modern baking is the best, like debi said. I first started reading it a hotel that I worked in and got hooked on the first issue I read luckily they kept 2 yrs worth of back issues. I've been reading it for the last 2 yrs.
