Are you using *real* mousse (whipped egg whites, etc.) or packaged mousse?

If using the *real* you'll need to refrigerate the cake. Have you ever refrigerated your fondant before? Some refrigerate quite well.

1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 cup of milk
1 large package of jello vanilla pudding
Mix well on mixer for vanilla mousse filling

This is the mousse recipe I got from this site! I guess with the milk and whippin cream I was thinking it would NEED to go in the fridge.

I agree about the milk and cream, I'd refrigerate it.
