I have the worst case of air in my BC, should I mix it longer ? This started last week with me and can not fig. it out...

I beat the tar out of my icing until it gets really smooth. Sometimes what people think are air 'bubbles' are pieces of fat that are leaving 'trails' in the icing when it's moved thru the icing wiht the beater. the fat needs to be really pulverized into teeny teeny TEENY pieces for smooth icing.

don't be afraid to run that mixer. I'll turn my mixer on and then go outside for a smoke break or something.
