My niece has requested for her graduation cake, a cow (the whole cow) wearing a graduation cap. Not sure how to do this so you can tell it is a cow and not just a black blob. Any ideas ??

Can you make it a holstein, instead of an angus?

I suggest doing it laying down, for one. Like a lamb cake.
