Does meringue powder go bad? I looked for an expiration date on the container but couldn't find one. I know it is probably at least two years old. My guess is to pitch it, but I don't want to waste itb(it's not cheap). My main concern is that the icing be good and perform like it's supposed to. TIA

If the powder is from Wilton, you can call their customer service number and they will tell you how to read the code on the container which explains how old the product is.
