I don't know if this is where this post goes. I hope you can help me out. I'm doing a wedding cake for an outside wedding in July(for my nephew). I'm worried about the frosting and decorations in the heat. Do you have any recipe recommendations? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

There are several on in the recipe section. I think most people recommend the recipes with high ratio shortening rather than butter.

But here is a bump for you.

I've heard that Indydebi's buttercream recipe works well in heat and humidity.
