Could I make cake balls about apple-sized and still make them stay on a stick for chocolate dipping? Thanks in advance.
I would think the weight of that would cause them to fall and break off the stick, even if you froze them first.I have not tried this, but knowing the texture and weight, I wouldn't try them (but that's just me!).
I also think that would be too big and heavy. At least for a lollipop stick...
