Could I make cake balls about apple-sized and still make them stay on a stick for chocolate dipping? Thanks in advance.

I would think the weight of that would cause them to fall and break off the stick, even if you froze them first.
I have not tried this, but knowing the texture and weight, I wouldn't try them (but that's just me!).

I also think that would be too big and heavy. At least for a lollipop stick...
