Hi All

Can anyone please tell me how much is in a stick of butter as in Australia it is sold in blocks of 250gms.

In USA, a stick of butter = 113 grams or 1/4 pound or 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons or 24 teaspoons or 4 ounces. Not sure which measurement you were looking for.


However you want to look at it lol

The 113g measurement is correct. But when cookbooks are regionalized (converted) most use 125 g.
