Hey girls have any of you did a portrait on a cake or a face in general?

I would like to try this with a actors face in black and white I just don't know how to do so. How can I take a color picture get it in like black and white. I have paint shop pro and photoshop elements.

I hope you understand what I am asking

Scan the image into your computer, then convert to B&W on photoshop. Save the new image and print on your edible image printer!

Black and white edible portrait!!

Or you can do a FBCT. I did the Marilyn cake in my photos that way. Really not all that difficult...just a bit time consuming. That was the second FBCT I did, and they are really a lot of fun to do.
