Bake Deco Issues

I was just wondering if anyone else had had and issues with this company.
I ordered a set of GP daisy cutters on Apr 7th. The cutters were featured on Amazon & the seller was Bake Deco. The last estimated receivable date was listed as Apr 17th. When I didn't receive my cutters on the 20th, I called the company. They said that they had been closed for a week for vacation & I should receive it in the next day or so.
I received a package today from Bake Deco & guess what it had in it? Four cases of Wilton bubble wands!! When I opened the box, the order had someone else's name & address on the invoice.
I called the company & they said that it probably got mixed up with another Amazon order placed that day. There was no apologies or anything. She told me that she would contact the other person, have them send my cutters back to Bake Deco, & then they would re-ship it to me! It was only with my insistence that she agreed to send me another set of cutters without waiting on the other party to return it.
This is the 1st & last time I'll be ordering from them! I only ordered from them in the 1st place b/c I was saving a few extra dollars.
