How long will MMF last? I made some last week and have some left over. Its been wrapped sitting on my kitchen counter in plastic wrap and sealed in a ziploc bag. Is still safe to use? Or do I need to toss it? Thanks!

I have keep it on the frige for a couple of weeks, but out on the counter, I don't think is a good idea to use it, but am not an expert,I use mostly fondant.

MMF can last for up to a month if left out & taste fine. I'm not sure what your exact recipe is, but the one I use is just marshmallows, powdered sugar & a little water. All of those ingredients are shelf stable for a long time! HTH!
