I am going to try MMF for the first time. I want to make a bow for the top of a cake. I usually freeze my cakes because I like to make them ahead of time (less stressful if something goes wrong). Can you freeze MMF? Also how long can it keep after using it?

I've never frozen it, but it will keep at room temperature for a long, long time. It's pure sugar. icon_smile.gif So you could make your bow and keep it in an airtight container at room temp and freeze the cake.
