Which Fondant Type To Use?????

I just started a small business with custom cakes. I'm kind of learning as I go, so charging next to nothing just to get the experience.

SOoooo, my issue is the fondant is so pretty but tastes horrible. I was making the marshmallow stuff with success, but when i try to press it down along the cake smoothly, it either folds on itself or cracks when i try to stretch it. Is there a technique that i'm missing (videos make it look like it should stretch some what)? Or is my problem that this is just a fault of the marshmallow fondant. There are so many recipes out there. What do you recommend. I need it to taste good and be easy enough to make. There has got to be a better way!

Michele Foster's fondant all the way!! It is delicious and super easy to work with. It's in the recipe section. I have made the marshmallow fondant, and this is far superior. I just finished doing a cake with it last night, and was still marveling over the outcome icon_smile.gif
