I am in desperate need of the instructions on the 12x18x2 in rectangle Performance Pan (2105-182) by Wilton. Does anyone have them? I belive it's about 14 cups but I really need the temp and time more than anything.
Thank you for any help.

I have that pan, and I don't measure batter for it. I fill it about 3/4 of the way full, and bake at 325 for at least an hour, probably longer. It always comes out great. I think I set the timer for an hour, then check at 10-15 min intervals after that. I have an evil oven, so it has to be monitored icon_smile.gif I think wilton recommends using a heating core, but I never do.

I also bake at 325, and don't use a heating core.... works fine every time! I also set the oven for an hour, and keep checking on it after that about every 10 minutes..

Does that mean my oven is evil too?? icon_eek.gif

Thank you all so much! Glad I asked because I was thinking 350 degrees

I don't use the heating core either I use a flower nail (works like a charm)

Thanks again! icon_biggrin.gif
