Hello all! We are supposed to bring color flow to class tonight and my question is about storage. I made it, stuck it in a bowl, put saran wrap over it, then put the lid on. It seemed really thick and sticky. What should the consistency be like before you use it? I'm wondering how much the saran wrap will stick to it in the bowl and if I should have even done that??

Unfortunately, I was not paying attention in class last week when the instructor was talking about icing, consistency, and what we were supposed to bring this week. Oops!

You may lose some on the plastic wrap but you did right.
It should be just right for use. They will show you how to thin it down in class.

Hi, the consistancy sounds right. You will want to just remix it real good and you will see it come back to being nice and smooth. Like kakeladi said they will show you how to thin down the consistancy in class as well. Have fun in your class tonight,
