I've been doing some cake decorating for about 6 months now as a hobby and want to take it to another level. I've taken a basic decorating class but would love to work under a professional cake decorator in New York City to learn more. Please take a look at my photos and see if I have what it takes. I've worked with fondant, royal icing and gum paste.

I work full time M-F but am willing to put in some evening hours or weekends for some additional experience!
