After spending an entire day decorating cookies, I just want to say I have a true appreciation for the work I've seen on this forum! I baked yesterday and iced today, just making the RI and coloring took a while.

I'm really just learning to decorate the cookies, thought Easter would be a good time to do it. The cookies came out okay, learned what worked best and what didn't. My family won't know the difference, they'll eat them regardless of how they look

And thanks for sharing all the information and pictures. This site rocks!

Maybe the next batch, these are hit/miss as to the quality of the decorating. I've just volunteered to bring cookies for a church function in a few weeks so will be making more soon.

I'd love to see them; your cakes look gorgeous!
