I'm donating a cake to raffle off at a fundraiser in a few weeks.... this is my first time doing a cake for non-family event. I'm nervous to say the least!

I'm thinking it would be a good idea to cover the cake somehow for display... keep dust/debris off and fingers. It will be in a less then ideal location so this bothers me.

Any ideas or suggestions???

Can you get ahold of one of those large slab cake domes like they use at the grocery stores with the clear lid and black plastic base? Maybe the local grocery store can sell you one. That would keep any debris and fingers out of it and people can still see the beautiful cake!
