We've only been doing cookies, but we decided to jump on the cuppie wagon. We had an order for 4 dz. cupcakes for Easter. It was one dozen of cookies and cream, lemon, carrot. and plain yellow. I really fretted on using doctored mixes, but they were all so declicious. I like having the consistancy in these "enhanced mixes". I felt a little guilty af first becausing I was using a mix, but even so, they are so much better than what you would get at Wally World.

Like I said we've always done cookies and pretty much can crank them out at a steady pace. Hopefully my cupcake baking will start going as smoothly too.

Congratulations! Do you have some pictures to share, I'd love to see how they came out! I can't wait to make my Easter cupcakes tomorrow, mainly for my sons!
