Iam making a12x18 sheet cake .How many flower nail do i need? also do i bake the cake at 325?

I use one flower nail in the center and bake all my 12x18s at 325. HTH

Four will do, you can just space them out in a straight line lengthwise. Also 325 is okay but bake in the middle of your oven.

I do 2 nails at 325 deg.
