Ours has always been between $.98 and as low as $.88 for DH at the Wally worlds here in Southeast TX (Houston, SA, New Braunfels)
I noticed the same thing Skaggs1! I was starting to see DH go for 1.26 a box around Orlando and they finally rolled the price back to $.96 a box last week! Totally made my day when I seen that. 
Here outside south Houston, DH's has always been 98 and on sale as low as 77...I stock up when it drops down, as Im always making cakes. I keep it in my stock room. I even got powdered sugar as low as 44cents on sale one day...and I brought like 40 bags. lol
here in Cali 0.75 per box is a freakin' steal.... they are regularly in the $2 price range for cake mix boxes. don't know what they are at wally world as I avoid that place like the plague
Regular price up here in Michigan is over $2 a box. I would would faint if I ever saw it under $1.

The $.96 price was in Walmart's ad this weekend, I presume it's nationwide. You should check it out. PLUS I LOVE YOUR AVATAR!!

I thought it was because one of our other local stores (Ingle's) had DH and BC on sale 10/$10 for the last two weeks............................usually Wmart will have the same prices as other sales in the area.........
