I just made y first batch of MMF, If was so much fun, messy but fun, Now i have it doubled wrapped and in a tupperware dish is that good? Can i put it in the fridge? Or leave it on the counter?
Also i am about to make a batch of buttercream and can i store it for a bit? I mean the extra? Beacause the batch i make is going to be way too big for what i need today. Sorry for such newbie questions but i did try searching and just could not get a straight answer.

Thanks
Melissa

mmf is good at room temp. for at least a month if not more......the worst that will happen is that it will dry out. the buttercream is definitely safe for at least a couple weeks at room temp. Usually if I plan on hanging on to it more than a week I pop it in the freezer, but it's not necessary.
