What the hell is that cupcake thing supposed to be?!! LMFAO!
These belong on Cake Wrecks, seriously.

This is the one I spied at Wal-Mart yesterday....I'm sorry if this offends anyone, but do these "ballons" not remind you of nips with tassles?

You crack me up!! I never really paid that much attention to the grocery store bakery section. But since I saw these beauty cakes, i've been swinging past there every time I go!

I think the first one is supposed to be a palm tree. Try tilting your head...
I think the second one is two little leprachaun hats a.k.a. two cupcakes with a severe case of frosting overload! As far as the psychadelic frosting swirls on cardboard... I guesss you have to use your imagination but I like the leprachaun spitting out bananas to the children passing by the best!

Here's another one. It's a cookie and it made me giggle.

I think it's two leprechauns buried in the snow. One has a golden forked tongue that spews delicious banana slices to the unsuspecting children passing by. It's an old Irish folk tale.

LMAO! I had to go back just to look at it from this new perspective!!! icon_lol.gif

I did see those cakes and one was falling apart. I don't see this lasting long.

Like PP said, they don't make them at Wal Mart, or not at all Wal Marts anyway. When I was taking Wilton's classes and didn't want to make a cake every darn week, those cheepy 6.00 8in rounds looked pretty good to me, especially since I was going to just let everyone at work dig in. I called and asked if they could have one ready for me the next day, just iced plain white w/no borders or decos, and they told me no, since they didn't do any baking there.

Now another girl who was in my Wilton's classes worked in the Wal Mart bakery and she was the baker and worked graveyard to have everything done in the mornings. Maybe that was just the fresh breads???

(edited to correct a typo)
