How Do You Store Fondant Covered Cakes?

ive got a nice metal cake tin, or else il cut the cake so it fits into tupperwear boxes. keeps the cut areas of the cake moist, keeps dust and creepy crawlies off!

I refrigerate all of my cakes because the fillings I use require it, and I also find the cakes easier to work with and that they travel better when they are thoroughly chilled.
